Step 1: Log in to WordPress #
Open your website admin dashboard.
Go to:
yourwebsite.com/wp-adminEnter your username and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Go to Posts #
In the WordPress dashboard menu (left side), click Posts.
Click Add New.
Step 3: Add the Post Title #
At the top of the page, click the Add title field.
Type your post title (e.g., “How to Start a Blog”).
Step 4: Open Elementor Editor #
Click the Edit with Elementor button.
Elementor will load the visual page builder interface.
Step 5: Choose a Layout (Optional) #
You can start from:
A blank page
A pre-designed template
A saved template
To use a template:
Click the Folder icon in the Elementor canvas.
Browse templates and click Insert.
Step 6: Add Content with Widgets #
On the left panel, you’ll see Elementor widgets.
To add text: #
Drag the Text Editor widget onto the page.
Type or paste your content.
To add headings: #
Drag the Heading widget.
Enter your heading text.
To add images: #

Upload or select an image from the Media Library.
Step 7: Style Your Post #
You can customize design using three tabs in each widget:
Content – What the widget shows
Style – Fonts, colors, spacing

Step 8: Adjust Post Settings #
Click the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom left.
Set:
Post layout (default, full width, etc.)
Featured image (optional)
Tags and categories (optional)
Step 9: Save or Preview #
At the bottom of Elementor:
Click Preview (eye icon) to see how it looks.
Click Save Draft to save without publishing.
Step 10: Publish the Post #
When you’re happy with your post, click the Publish button (green button at the bottom).
Wait for the confirmation message: “Published successfully.”
