🧭 Step 1: Log in to Carrot #
Go to https://app.carrot.com
Enter your email and password.
Click Log In.
🏠 Step 2: Go to Your Site Dashboard #
After login, you’ll see your Carrot Dashboard.
If you manage multiple sites, select the correct website from the list.
📥 Step 3: Open Your Leads Section #
In the left-hand menu, click Leads
(Sometimes labeled Leads / Contacts / CRM depending on your plan).
👤 Step 4: View Individual Leads #
You’ll see a list of leads (people who filled out forms on your site).
For each lead, you can see:
Name
Email
Phone number
Property address
Form answers (motivation, price, condition, timeline, etc.)
Date/time they submitted the form
👉 Click on a lead’s name to open full details.
🏡 Step 5: See Property Information #
Inside the lead profile, look for:
Property address
City, state, ZIP
Property type (house, land, multifamily, etc.)
Any custom questions you added to your form (e.g., “How soon do you want to sell?”)
📤 Step 6: Export Your Leads (Optional) #
If you want them in Excel or CRM:
In Leads, look for Export or Download CSV.
Choose date range or filters.
Download the file.
⚙️ Step 7: Filter or Search Leads #
You can:
Search by name, phone, email, address
Filter by:
Date
Form type (seller/buyer)
Lead status (new, contacted, etc.)

⚠️ Common Issues (and Fixes) #
Leads not showing?
Make sure forms are published on your site.
Check spam folder inside Carrot.
Ensure your site domain is connected correctly.
Phone numbers missing?
Your form must include a phone field.
User must actually fill it in (not required fields = optional).
